This department concerns teaching the following themes: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Public Finance & Tax Legislations, Criminal Law, and Public International Law. Teaching these themes is conducted by means of theory and practice with particular focus upon Jordanian Laws that govern these themes. The department has around ten distinguished and dedicated academic staff. There of them are full professors, three are associate professors, two of them are assistant professors, and one of them is a teacher. The department is intended to establish Master Program in the administrative law which will be the first in its type in Jordan.
